The Hole-in-the-Wall is a family owned business, operating out of Lewistown, Montana. Many of our trips start or pass through Winifred, Montana, the southern door of the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument. Winifred has a restaurant, gas station, R.V. court, a wonderful museum and is a great place to visit on your Montana adventure. The Missouri Breaks Backcountry Byway (a self guided auto tour), also starts in Winifred. Sourdough Ranch Adventures is also located in Winifred and offers horseback riding and a chance to stay in authentic indian teepees in the Missouri Breaks. Payment & Cancellation Policy
The Hole-in-the-Wall requires a 25% down payment to reserve a trip, with the balance due at the start of the adventure. Down payments will be refundable up to two week prior to your adventure.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Hole-in-the Wall is to offer every one, regardless of age or disability, the chance to experience in person the history and beauty of the legendary Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers.
